Raised Beds..where do I post?

My hubby is going to make me some raised beds but I need to read up on the best way to make them..what kind of wood is the best....the formula of what kind of soil to put in them..anybody know where to post this question..hes going to do it soon so I need some answers real quick....Judy

I'd suggest doing forum searches for "construction of raised beds" or "raised beds" or "raised beds construction", or etc. You get the idea.

Juttz, My garden is raised beds. My husband used 1"x 10" (or 12") and I filled it with a half and half of top soil/compost from a local nursery. I add chicken poop every other year too. My veggies have done great and I love not having to clean up a lot of dirt that gets displaced.

Here's one pic looking down on a corner of a bed. I have more at home I can load and show you.
