Lauri please don't say that S word...remember I have your goodies out there plus have lots of plants that would need to be covered...Rain is OK but just not as much as we're getting...

Lewisville, MN(Zone 4a)

I just checked the weather map. Looks like we are all getting junk from the same system. It shows snow in northern WIS.
We have a cold wind.

Wont mention the S word but take a look at this sattelite photo over Europe. Sweden, Norway and Denmark is in the upper right corner.
What is supposed to show green field and blue water..........everything is just covered by a yellow Birchpollen cloud. This wacky weather have made all Europpes birch trees to flower at the same time.

There is a cold wind here too! I have a sweatshirt on with my shorts, dripping wet. LOL This is the most clothing I have worn in weeks, aside from the Ohio RU last weekend. LOL

Dave, are you tinkering?? I keep getting new post alerts and new reply messages and there are not any.

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

I was wondering what was going on too. My thread watcher is "stuck" again.

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

Mine's been doing the same thing with the watched threads.

Lewisville, MN(Zone 4a)

Must be you guys, mine working fine.
At least I didn't miss any posts on here.
Bernie, smelling like a tomato!

Testing...

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

Yes, it's doing it again. I posted and it said someone else had posted in the meantime. Yet no one has, and the thread now shows in my watched threads as having new activity.

Gamleby, Sweden(Zone 7a)

Now the YES and NO "button" dont work. it doesnt matter how many times I enter a tread it still doesnt turn the NO for no new post made "on"

Stop that Bernie! I love the smell of tomatoes! Nothing is worse than messing with the plants and having no tomatoes to eat. LOL

Lewisville, MN(Zone 4a)

First pruning of the plants in the greenhouse.Tomatoes are about size of big marble. Sometime in June--.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Do you root the cuttings? Another month, I expect a picture of you holding a big fat BLT. :)

Lewisville, MN(Zone 4a)

No.
Lets see, how could I send you a BLT ?
We have very good bacon in MN you know!

We have a local hydroponic grower, so we have good tomatoes all year if we want.
The guy got a grant from Uncle Sam to put up a greenhouse near a big power plant. Their discarded hot water heats his greenhouses. I don't know how big it is, but he supplies tomatoes to all the super markets in at least the twin cities & Mankato. He calls them Bushel Boy tomatoes. Are they in Ohio ? Cubs, SuperValu stores carry them here.
Making myself hungry, might have to buy some.
You selling plants yet ?
Bernie

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Now you are making me hungry and I just ate two coneys! LOL

We don't have Cubs here and I don't know if the SuperValu stores are the same or not.

I'm officially open this weekend and have a little stockpile of heirloom tomatoes ready to roll. :)

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

We just got a care package from Shoe with veggie seedlings in it. Yippee! I have them potted up, but am waiting until next week sometime to plant them out.
