Dave - do you save the changes. I usually save them with a new name. Otherwise as long as the picture focuses I take close up pictures.
Here are some I took today, some were too close.
Fresh Pot of Coffee
Al, I was saving most and they showed here as I adjusted them. I just tried saving them in a different name and it seemed to work. Thanks
Dave,
I'll take pictures of rocks and sticks over all those pictures of people opening presents my wife makes me take - glad I don't pay for prints of those anymore.
Anita - I think our pot is full or empty?
Dave filled it up with pictures of sticks
Dave, Al's right, change the name of the pic as you save it.
I've come up with my own 'code' as I work on them.
The original goes into a monthly file, after working on it I add a short code for what I did to it. (ie. april06 029crop)
The finished pic (after re-sizing) gets the final name and is moved into the appropriate folder.

I took the original, made changes, hit save, then hit save as, put in a new name & saved. I also tried any other permutations on the above. Am I missing something or is it Dell Image Expert??
Dave, where are you saving your 'finished' pic to??
Check the folder name as you 'save as'.
Abdy P
I think so.
Some pic software will automatically send the 'save' to the softwares file.
Can you find the finished pic?
It arrives here, or when I preview, in its old format. It looks the way I want to send it on my picture file. Aarrghhh! Maybe some reading. Thanks for trying to walk me through this.
This came up a few months ago on the Photography forum.
It was an easy thing that I can't remember. LOL
Dave, I found the thread. Don't know if it will help but here it is.

I made up a new pot as it slowed down now.

Thanks again Andy. I posted on that thread. Maybe something will turn up.
