um Dave error message

ViolaAnn is on Dial up, I wonder if that is part of the issue?

I'm on dial up **hanging head in unknown shame**
it does limit the size of threads I can look at

Thanks, I e-mailed Admin. and recieved an e-mail from Dave wanting me to try to start a new thread a certain way. Unfortunately it didn't work so I replied that back to him.

Poooooorrrrrrr Al. I never could interperet all the beeps when I used dial up they went too fast. How do you guys hold the phone to your ear with that big cheeze on your head?

I'm still getting the

Permission Denied.... message with the email link.. The email keeps bouncing back to me as undeliverable...I am on another browser right now, but I sure don't like it, lol..I am also still on dial-up, but here there is no other choice..

It's working for me now. But has been doing all of the above since yesterday. Keeping fingers crossed that the bugs are fixed.

As of 2 P.M. I can get on with IE but my Netscape default will not let me on.[permission denied]

I got on! YIPPEE!!!!! But I had to use other browsers. My usual browser is Netscape (sorry Firefox requires at least Windows 2000 and this computer is on 98). But once I got the message forwarded by Kelly and also a message from Dave (thanks!), I tried clearing the cache which didn't work and then went to the two other browsers which I have which both worked.

Within a few more days you should be able to go back to Netscape.

It's interesting to see what kinds of consequences can be made by such a small change that I made...

It is interesting anytime you start changing even the smallest thing with computers, servers and such. I'm glad you have patience. I have been tempted to toss my computer into a pond several times,,,LOL

All my previous issues from yesterday are resolved. It is just really slow for me today- reminds me of when I was on dial up- LOL!
