The PT was easy today cause he mostly explained things to me and gave me three exercises that I am supposed to do eve4ry two hours and then ice the shoulder for 15 minutes to remove soreness.
Wow every two hours, I will just get done with one and be time for another. The little I have done tonight has helped though.
They are very very passive movements, sliding my arm along a table, sitting with my arm on the table and leaning my head toward my arm and then away, and then leaning over, letting the arm dangle out from the body and do tiny little circles with my fingers. So far so good.
Sorry about the earlier post. I won't do tht again. I was embarrassed.
ISusieq I found some wonderful 300 count waterbed sheets on ebay for less than half of what they are in the store if you can even find any. Do a search for 300 count deep pocket sheets and see what you come up with. http://search.ebay.com/300-deep-pocket-sheets_W0QQfromZR40

Susan,
Don't worry about that,,,we all get a little shook up by stuff like that when we read it.
Hi All,
Tomorrow's daily is up in the Parking Lot.
Here is the link if anyone needs it

Good night, sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite,,,,,lol

kittymom, why do you give the kitties a bop on the head or tail? Does that have something to do with low humidity, and keeps them from being shocked? Never heard of that.
Embarrased about what? I even went back and looked and couldn't see anything to be embarrased about. I did go to the link that was provided for snopes. Talking about Dr. Pepper.
Well, I tried the bed, and it doesn't seem to be a "good fit" tonight. So am going to stay up awhile longer, and let the eyes get droopy before I try again. I think I will go over to the other forums (new ones) and read awhile.
Might be back later.
