Teeny, tiny Irish Moss Seeds

Help please. I have irish moss seeds and they are virtually microscopic! How in the world can I plant these if I can barely see them? Are there special techniques?

Hey Katy. Check out the Propagation forum for good advice. You don't say if this is indoors or out but I expect it is indoors. I have had good results by mixing the seed with a small amount of sand and sprinkling it over the growing medium with a saltshaker. Jessamine
