Good Morning, every one!
Sarv, are you telling me your husband's mother is laying her son off?????Something like that I just cannot imagine, how can families be like that? Incomprehensible to me. My Richard was a prof at Rhode Island school of design teaching Industrial Art, had has own business designing molds and dies for GE , Goverment and other elctrical firms.
When busines was slow he never laid any one off, he asked his employee's if they want to stay they could but work around the farm, perhaps fixing a roof or paint a building. None ever left and actually had fun doing these things for the same salaries. At Christmas time he gave every one a month salary. one year I said to him, how is it I don't get one of those fat checks? he laughed and gave me the same LOL
I took the rawhide away from him, it scared me, have to get a "greene" one, better safe than sorry, he is so wonderful I am happy to have found some one that loves me for a change since no one else does any more with the exception of my children, of course, at least I think Samson does.
Have been mixed up withe two threads, like you, Jody, lol, hope this is in the right one, did not mean to yack on and on about old memories but they just keep coming back and seems I have to put it down, all of you are such great help to me.
Samson has ben on his walk, if you can call it that, goes bananas out there, be glad when the trainer comes to help me, it is going to be $55.00 an hour but it will be here plus the invivible fence people will come for 7 days in a row to train him, Samson will have lover an acre to run about.
Enough for now, till later
Maria
