OMG I'm not fit to type, laughing too hard! Later!
Coffee and...Part 39...! :-D
Good Morning, every one!
Still laughing, though I never had the experience of waxing or what ever one does to ge trid of unwanted hair just did not need to, lucky me.
It is still raining, unbelievable, How is where you are, McCool??
Did go backto sleep, Julie, and just woke up, feeling much better just hope it stays. Going to get my coffee.
Maria
Oh that wax thing was a good one- I need to pass that one along for sure!! Sounds like something I would do! LOL
I got up at 7:30am - absolutely unheard of for me. BUT, I spent the entire night rolling around holding my stomach, vowing never to eat a huge plate of apple dessert, ice cream and caramel sauce again. I went out shopping with DIL and we stopped for a small treat. At 9PM, I shouldn't eat anything except a glass of water. About 3am, I popped a couple of tums and must have fallen into a deep sleep - I even dreamed - and that is something that never happens!
Good luck Bal on getting the new dog. Hope she's a real sweetie for you. Safe trip too!!
BB glad you found out the problem with your lower level - at least now you know how to treat it. Guessings games are never fun! My stomach has been giving me problems- I think they are just age stuff going on- just cannot eat the things I used to. Tums are by my bedside!!
Maria- ??? I will need to remember that one! I love to entertain folks with different words. Are ya feeling any better?
defoe- no flies, but a zillion lady bugs (that bite) and black bugs with a red stripe- literally hundreds of them clinging to the house.
daisy- if you end up with any tubers you are going to toss, send them my way - I'll be glad to take them off your hards! LOL I have a love of dahlias, only can never keep their names straight! I have four that are blooming their heads off right now. Several of my small ones got crispy leaves and I never could revive them nicely. They hung on, but barely... I love how they flower all summer long here! Loved your mom's words - I think she was right!! My mom always told us- things work out - and you know what- she was right too.
Darius -I think the anti dep. thing bears looking into. With all you are dealing with it is natural to be depressed, but with medicine available to help you - go for it! I wish I had talked to the doc about it when I was in a major hole. But when I brought it up, he said 'get off your butt and take a walk' - I was too scared to ever bring it up again. Continued to go to him for several more years until I had to make a doc change due to insurance change. Now I have female doc and love her!! When I mention a problem she is quick to give me something- now I wonder if sometimes she is too quick!! Does that sound like a worrier to you??? That's me!
I have a brother who works at one of the huge auto makers here in Mich. Talk is they are going to be cutting their wages and benfits considerably. Just cut another suppliers wages by half. I talked to him last night and he is in a funk and he NEVER gets down - he's one that always sees the bright side of things. With all the companies cutting wages, all this nation's tragedies, where will our tax base be? There's only so much $$ to go around. I worry so about those things - and of course I have no control over it at all. (Dr. did tell me I did have a control problem - he was right about that!! LOL)
Time for some breakfast - would love a huge donut, but think my stomach would fight it. We don't have even a slice of bread in the house - time for a trip to the store.
MG, have seen that before. Laughed the first time, and laughed again when I read it here.
Well, had a good night last night, slept until 7 this am.
Going to the chiropractor, so have to get dressed and out the door. Will check in later.
Sarv, it is a perfectly proper word in french for going to the toilett, so is the word piss, in Belgium there is a little fountain statue of a small boy who in real life was lost , his father found him and had this statue erected in thanks and every one now calls him the 'pisser boy' I took a picture of him perhaps I can find it and post it.
Maria
Edited that to say, he found him on this corner relieving himself
This message was edited Oct 14, 2005 9:16 AM
Loved it! Nice sunny day, and likely up to 70* which is very nice for October in Wisconsin. If it continues through the weekend, we will be very lucky indeed.
Sarv, when are you going to stop torturing your poor stomach with treats? I wouldn't trade a night of that kind of misery for any kind of tempting dessert. (says the person who can't pass up ice cream in any form...) I feel bad for you when you've had an upset, but it seems it happens way too often.
Haven't seen hordes of lady bugs this year, a couple years back the south side of the house looked like a polkadotted paint job, there were so many. You don't dare squish them because they leave a nasty stain, and they do bite. Maybe they haven't migrated down here yet. (knock on wood)
I have lots of seeds on my morning glories, which didn't seem to bloom prolifically this year, but they sure made seeds. If anyone wants any, let me know. They are a mix of pink purple and white, so they will probably be varigated when they come up again.
Have a great trip Robert, we'll be waiting for pictures of your new girl. Girlsy? .....that was awful! But, ya know, there probably is one somewhere....!
I ran the vac this morning, and disturbed the dust in the computer tower, I'd like to think I sucked it out but I don't think so. Looked at the floor fan in DH's den, and it's coated with dust inside and out, and he's got an air cleaner running in there all the time. Think I'll unscrew the screens in the front and back, and give them a soak, and clean off the blades while I'm at it.
Somebody's housecleaning is spreading like a virus, cut it out!!!
MG - I was crying with laughter so much I had to stop reading and take a break half way through - Now I can't type either! More later
Carol
Good Morning GOBs and 'Ettes!
I had to post the wax email, I nearly broke ribs laughing.
What's the matter Julie, ya scared of laughing? And I clearly stated I did NOT do it. (I'd never admit it if I did, lol.)
Bal~~Have a great trip and bring back that pretty baby! I want pictures, asap. Alton Brown has a fabulous waffle recipie, I can get it for you if you want.
Maria~~I'm glad you got to start your morning with a laugh, that's what I was hoping for.
Sarv~~You had that dessert fairly early, didn't you? And it was still bothering you hours later? That doesn't sound good at all. And Tums, as I've said before, I eat the things like candy, when I die, I'll leave my own chalk outline. Wow 4 commas in one sentence, that can't be proper. I'm being invaded by lady bugs and box elder bugs too. I think your stripy bugs are box elders. A mild soap solution sprayed on the house will get rid of most of them, but mine get inside ewww.
Carol (dr)~~Wow those are so pretty. Might have to try my hand at them next year. Right now the only things I have blooming are cosmos, 4:00s, and mums. I also think I want to plant some asters next year too.
M5~~Isn't the weather glorius today? It will be a hair above 70* here too. I'd be interested in some of your Morning Glories, would you like to trade for a mix of MG "Chocolate" and "Blue Picotee"? Jenna helped me pick the pods and she mixed them on me, lol.
Okus, I had the same reaction. My ribs still hurt!
I'll catch up more later,
mg
Boy, you kids have been gabby for the past couple of days....DD gone and it's taken me 2 hours to get caught up. Then in will be about another hour to pick up from her....She is like having a tornado in the house....always has been, always will be....Also, I'm exhausted...she never stops....
MG....no this is not my first cruise.....I am fortunate to say probably about my 25th. We live in Ft. Lauderdale, the port, so it's only about 30 minutes from my front door on land to my stateroom door at sea.....I love it. No packing and unpacking to go from place to place.....the hotel moves...LOL
Been here too long...will catch up later.....wash, picking up, all that to do....but there is peace and quite here. DD on the plane, DH on the gambling ship until 5:30......AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH....
Hap
Maria - is proper??? I scolded my boys for using that word often. Do you say it??? Like..."I have to !" Interesting about the lost boy - I love to hear the history of words.
I do have way too many stomach problems - I fear it is my awful diet. Food is such a delight to me and I love to sample everything! My problem is that I don't know when to stop and then I end up with rolly polly tummy. I thought for a while I had an ulcer, but that ended up to be gall bladder. My mom has always had stomach problems, so maybe I can blame it on her!!
My exercise partner called and said her back hurt too much to work out, so I got my painting clothes on and went to the barn and put on another coat of paint. I should be able to get another one on this afternoon as it is supposed to be gorgeous here.
I have a bee in my bonnet to get some spaghetti squash. I just love squash. I fact I think next year instead of planting corn, I'll do squash. Our corn is so hit or miss lately. I was all set to go down to the farmers market here, but my mom said they went last week and there was hardly anything there. Shoot- I don't want to drive 20 miles one way for nothing =- especially when gas is still so high.
Well, still have dishes to do and one bed to make, so better scoot!!
lol, Sarv, not proper if you speak American, but it does come from the french, actually it also means pissotiere = public urinals, pissvoir the voir means to see, The word in english 'voyeur' derives from that word but does not mean the same LOL) I studied french but forgot most of it, as you know if you don't use it, you lose it. In any case I would not like my children to use that word, especialy the girls, but it is ok and not that terrible.
Hap, I have been on several cruises also, but not as many as you, we had loads of fun, We were even invited to share the captians table, that was some meal, from soup to nuts, even caviar.
Maria
Good morning everyone! I quite laughing until I reopened this thread. MG you are BAAAAAD!!! (and I'm *not* afraid of laughing...just afraid I might not be able to stop once I start. hehehe)
Glad most everyone got some rest last night...and Sarv, you're really going to have to teach yourself when and what to eat. Man, my DH lives with heartburn (more like acid reflux!)...ain't no way in he!! that I'd be living that kind of pain. Just the occasional reflux is enought o do me in. NEXIUM! That's my idea of relief...if only the insurance comps would pay for it!
Hello Robert...wherever you are. :-)
~julie~
the 'great adventure' to Boise. Wonder if there is a 'Girlsie' somewhere
Was awake until 4 am or later (cat is missing), so slept until almost noon. Gotta get my sleep schedule re-arranged back to normal, up with daylight!
I was sure my cat was IN the house when I closed the outside door about dark thirty, but can't find her inside or out. Normally she comes when I call her, just like most dogs do.
My doc is on vacation for 2 weeks so I won't be able to get an anti-depression prescription anytime soon, and apparently not a referral for a second opinion soon either. I had hoped for an appt. before October ends and my Medicaid expires. Starting in Nov. I will have to pay 20% of what Medicare covers, plus any overage the docs charge.
Back, took a break from writing this to go check the mail, left the door open and when I came back, my cat was here! Yay!
Darius....do you think Robert is headed to 'Girlsie'? (Glad your cat checked in!)
~julie~
I have written this now for the third time all because I want to send a picture, don't seem to be able toget it on here
In any case I am happy for you , Darius, your kitty-cat has come home but am sorry for all thease delays you seem to be confronted with.
I am trying to send that picture to Sarv, if I don't get it now, I will try later
Maria
LOL, Julie! Any red-blooded man would be, but probably it's just to his new "girlsie" in Boise.
Maria, how are you feeling today? Better, I hope!
I feel much better, Darius, but te cough is veyr irretating because it bother my back. Meant to ask you did you get the met museum about van gogh?
Yes, I did. Thanks! I've always liked Van Gogh.
Most breathtaking piece of art I ever saw, though, was a Rembrandt at a year-long exhibition at The National Gallery in DC, Treasure Houses of Great Britain... it not only took my breath away, it seemed to have a light of it's own shining through. Dimmed every other painting in the room.
I know what you mean, Darius, I saw them all in the Rikes Museum in Amsterdam, the night watch took my breath away never realized how huge it is. I made a tour from Amsterdam to brussels and to Florence trying to fallow Michaelangelo's works among others
Maria
Edited to say how could I forget London and the works of Turner in the British Museum and otheres like the Tate, I had a friend very cosmopolitan who know where to go also top of the line restaurants, will ever forget the Dover Sole right near the white cliffs.
This message was edited Oct 14, 2005 2:42 PM
Maria, the one I saw is privately owned, not in a museum. Don't remember the name, but it was of a milkmaid, or something like that. She had on a white cap typical of the time and station. I bought the program (hundreds of pages) of the exhibition but have lost it long ago.
What a marvelous trip that must have been for you!
It was wonderful, I finally convinced Richard he must see all that too. He always thought he could not because of his work and teaching, most of his spare time was cycling all over New England that included the islands and Cape cod. In the winter we went to our farm in NH to ski. Or to Bermude for Golf or fishing in Florida. One time in Europe I met him in Zurich where we took a bus into Austria and stopped in small villages, some high up in the alps where it snowed in July LOL. Let me tell you, my country boy loved that trip! It was a geat life, am now very happy we did so much before he got sick. But he did see Italy and many of the other countries with their magnificent museums.
I also urged my children to do the same and the have.
Maria
Everybody plug your ears!!!
ARGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH! @)(*&$)*(@#*($&*(&%)(@*#)!(#*(* &$)!# *(& $%!#() *$)!@(#*)!@(*$(*%&($%Q@#()*$
Now, does anyone have a VALIUM!!!
My nearves are SHOT!!! Outside *trying* to plant some bulbs...a (*@(&$^ * (read that SOB) Manchester Terrier that just moved into the neighborhood DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SHUT UP! That was bad enough...then those Asian BEETLES start crawling up my shirt, into my mouth, in my ears, down my pants...and they BITE!!! I'm sweaty, Pissoir'd OFF and really MEAN at the moment.
...................................................deep breath.................................
..................let it out.......................s l o w l y .........................
OK...I'm still shaking but I feel a whole lot *better!*
Please pardon the interruption....if I'd told my DH about that, he'd only have said "Julie, you have GOT to learn to IGNOR things like that." (Hmmm...like the way I ignor HIM??? :-D)
I'm better now...
~julie~
gosh, Julie, what are Asian beetles? what to they look like? I just went out for a minute on the porch, when I came in something crawled down the back of my neck. I grabed it it was a yellow jack, it bit me on my thumb, was I mad lol
Maria
Maria the Asian Beetles are the ones that look like Lady bugs. The guy on WIsconsin Gardener said "they are only *tasting* to see if you are something they like". HA! I *don't* want them to LIKE me! LOL
You better take a decongestant for that sting unless you have some sting swabs handy. Those are nasty things!
(Looks like we BOTH could use something to make us UN-mad, eh?) LOL & LOL
~julie~
jilia - you're due several more !@#$%^&*()!@#$ if you need them. That doesn't sound like a fun trip to the garden! Not something to ignore!
Maria - I hope you don't react to wasp stings like I do! I swell up like a balloon when I get stung. Not life threatening, unless its on my face, but very painful!
julie - see I can spell!
This message was edited Oct 14, 2005 2:46 PM
tgif!!! TGIF for REAL!!! I couldn't take many more days like this one. (If I was a *real* nasty person I might be tempted to go let that dog out of its kennel. ~evil grin here~ ) Yeah...I know YOU can spell...but I can't type...and I'm NOT going back to my post to edit. LOL & LOL
~julie~
(P.S. I can handle a few more of those )(@#%*#$%U&@#($*_!@()%*)@#$% Ahhhhhhhh that feel SOOOOOOO good! :-D)
Aria, those yellow jacket stings are really hurtful. I got stung last fall, and was in misery for 2 days. It hurt so bad, I got cold chills from it.
Julie, $%^&$(**#&&^^ some more if you like. I know barking dogs and crying babies get on the nerves real fast. We have a rat terrier who barks at everything. I told DH if I could remove the barker, she would be a very nice dog. I want a dog who barks when people come onto the property. She barks if the wind rustles the leaves!! So barking is ignored here.
I am a little peeved this afternoon. DH is fishing and I have several "honey do" things that he is behind on. The sprayer on the sink quit working. We have a pull down stairway to the attic. I pulled it down this afternoon, and now it won't go back up. I have 3 areas that he is supposed to be tilling for me to plant bulbs. etc.etc.etc. Gonna have to take the keys to all vehicles, remove battery on the boat and threaten with 2x4 until those things are done. Fishing is good-but not to the exclusion of necessary work. The thing is, in 2 weeks it will be rabbit season, and here we go again.
Sometimes I think I will go on strike not shop, cook, clean, do laundry until everything is taken care of.
Well off to start supper. DGD is coming today, will be here about 5:30, so am having her favorite, fish, hush puppies and slaw.
Will check in later.
Dcat...:-D Honestly! Some men!! LOL (I can't complain too much today tho. Mine made me an auger bit for a cordless drill to help plant my bulbs. (That's what I was doing when those damnable beetles attacked!) So now, DH is grilling steaks for supper and is having to fight them off his person. (It's almost funny...but it's not.)
Ohhhhhh "fish and hush puppies" Yummmmmmmmmy
~julie~
defoe - if DH is fishing, and DGD is coming for supper, and her favorite is fish - simple answer - DH catches and cleans fish, DW cooks, and DGD eats - If DH doesn't catch and clean fish, DH and DGD go hungry!!!! (DW knows where the leftovers are, therefore does NOT go hungry!) It doesn't do anything about the "honey do" but it might teach a lesson on what comes first - fun or chores.
JULIE!! I am impressed with your grasp of proper expletives!! Feel free!! LOL It really does relieve the situtation, however it may sound to someone else!! The yellow jackets are flyng all around here today too, but I've been gone to our fall Golf Luncheon and just got home, so I'm not venturing outside. I can see them all around the moonflower vine which is so thick you can't see much of the arbor. Stocking up for winter? Do they hibernate? Get some natural peanut butter, the real sticky kind, and toss it to that noisy dog. It takes them a long time to get it out of their palate and isn't at all harmful. Shut him up for about half an hour!!
Last time I was in Paris, we did as many of the art museums as we could, and even managed to get into the Rodin Musee which has very limited hours. Lovely sculptures, and I expected to see only pictures. The Louvre is daunting, but the shops on the lower level are to die for even if all you do is look at the prices and gasp. No discounts on anything in Paris. Even the Clarins products which are made there are priced the same as here.
The one thing I found there which we brought home several times is Bearnaise Sauce in a jar. Cross and Blackwell make it here, but it's not as good. A friend has brought some for us, too, and told me it is easy to make..which it is, but then we eat the entire lot! When it's in a jar, we kind of miser our way through it. Don't need all that tasty extra butterfat!
I know what you mean about the dover sole in the UK, Maria,it is wonderful. We always tried the local/ family type restaurants and enjoyed the food. No big hotel meals ever. Over priced, overcooked and not worth the trouble. Since DS and DIL are now up to their ears in a new mortgage I doubt we will be making that trip in spring...I would have enjoyed showing her all my favorite spots in London, and taking a quick trip across to see my friend in France.
Dcat, the strike sounds like a good bargaining position. Let me know if it works. My DH likely wouldn't notice! He'd just eat chips and cookies and ignore the mess.
mg, sure thing, happy to trade for chocolate and blue picotee mg seeds. I'm taking the "ripe" ones off now, and letting them dry a bit, which won't take long. Send me your address by dmail and I'll do the same. About a quarter cup or more? That should get some germinating in spring. I thought they were never going to come up. The moonflowers were late too. Probably should have started them inside. So the cats could sit on them.
Julie- look up in the sky - I sent my bottle of valium flying over the lake to you!! Those sinkin beetles are here too and they do bite!
The 2x4 might be needed here today. DH just started to install the lights on my new plant stand when DS came over and said 'let's go to the woods to move my tree stand' - off they went - lights are laying on the floor. I know they will get done, I just want it done NOW!!
DS said they are going to the local bar for fish fry night- we may just tag along. Not that I need any fried food, but I love to be with them!! Tomorrow we are eating out with my folks at the local chinese place. Half my pension check will be spent on dinners out this month!! Oh well....
Maria- I wish I was more knowledgable (spelled x I know...) about art works. That is one area where my education is lacking...I took Latin in high school and wished I had paid more attention. Also took French and Spanish - jack of all languages = master of none. My dad (step) was a syrian and they offered arabic at our church, but it was in my teen rebellion years and no way would I do it = I have kicked my self over and over for that! Ahh, if only we could live our lives over - think of the things we would do!!
I was listening to the today program one day this week and they were saying that 'no divorce is a good divorce'. That one really made me think. I didn't think my parents divorce affected me, but looking back on my life, I am beginning to think it did. I have always been super sensitive to other peoples feelings and try to please them before myself. (not a bad thing in my eyes tho) and am basically quite an insecure person. Trying new things is hard for me (flying for example) I would rather others take the helm than me. I do not want to fail. Because my mom was so strapped financially, I feel the need to stash $$ away in case I need it. We have seldom gone in debt. I am such a worrier about the 'what if's in life'. Gosh, I didn't mean to bare my soul so much!! Holidays are coming up and I get over sensitive during that time!! LOL
Change of subject; Has anybody ever scaled lily bulbs? I dug up some today and they were huge and thought I might give it a try.
Would you believe that in between my painting, I managed to read a whole book today! It was a mindless one about pioneer days - easy reading and enjoyable..
Time to go watch the news!!
M5, here's a great simple recipe for Bernaise, guaranteed not to curdle!
Blender Bernaise
Makes 3/4 to 1 cup
2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped tarragon
2 teaspoons chopped shallots
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup butter
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Combine wine, vinegar, tarragon, shallots and pepper in a small skillet. Bring to a boil and cook rapidly until almost all liquid disappears. In a small saucepan, heat the butter to bubbling but DO NOT brown.
Place egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and cayenne in a blender; cover, and flick on and off gradually until mixture is combined. With the blender on low, gradually add the hot butter. Add the herb mixture and blend on high speed for about 4 seconds.
Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled. May refrigerate but cover with plastic wrap to keep a skin from forming.
Meezers, you have been to same place I have visited! So go anyway, I always tell people do it now, don't wait. I could not go any where for 14 years because of illness. Now I can go again, and I did.
I think that yellow jacket was half dormant it did not seem to develop into something big.
Julie, you sure were angry, LOL but there is nothing worse than having to listen to a dog barking about nothing.
Just heard on the news about the bird virus is in Europe, oh boy.
Maria
mornin_gayle - just read the wax story. I'm ROTFLOL. Too funny. Had to skip to the bottom and comment. I'll try to get caught up on others a bit later.
We interviewed 5 people who want to succeed me at the Food Cupboard this afternoon. One seems too good to be true. We will see when we check references.
Must finish the speech I have to give tomorrow. Found out today that the dinner is under sold. Not good for the fundraising, but not too many people to talk to. Also they are not necessarily all that well informed about the poverty issues which is a lot less scary than talking to a room full of people who are. Did I say that in the process of procrastinating on writing this speech that I did all the jobs that I put off all summer long?
I hope to catch up with all tomorrow.
Ann
Julie, can I borrow a few &*(^%*(*? My wonderful son is about to get his head popped off. I haven't mentioned him much, but he is 14, ADHD/ODD PDD NOS and dysgraphic. He does really well on his meds, but when he skips a dose (like tonight) I always end up yelling, swearing and stomping. He is way taller than I am, but I keep telling him if I have to climb on a chair to reach his fanny, I will.
I got so mad at him last weekend over video games I grabbed a pair of wire cutters and clipped the wires right off the controller in his hands. I'll end up buying another one eventually, but I must say, the shock on his face was worth it. I think he got the point. Chores before games has been the rule forever, somehow he thought it was negotiable.
Oy!
mg
MG, sounds like what I would have done! Have lost my temper with my sons several times to straighten them out and whatever they did, they did not do it again.
Maria
LOL & LOL I'm SO glad you all "understood" about my expletives this afternoon. And THANKS for the VALIUM Sarv!! They worked!
:-D
Geez...Dh just mentioned a salami on toast snack and I lost my concentration...what was I saying? Where was I? KeeeRRRAP!
Oh well...I'll see ya tomorrow, I guess.
~julie~
Oh my, where to begin?
dcat, thanks so much for saying that you missed my posts! As much as I tend to be a "self starter", control freak, etc., there's still that little core of insecurity deep down that says "if I disappeared, would anybody actually notice?"
Mg, a friend sent me that same wax story (I even showed it to my mother!) and I thought it was pretty funny, but wondered if it was for real. I forwarded it to DH's eldest daughter --- and got a rather graphic reply starting with "I'm the sort of person who sticks her finger in the refrigerant because the sign says NOT to" Suffice it to say that her real experience was every bit as awful!
Maria, want to take swimming lessons? I think we may both need them very soon! It's still pouring here too. I haven't been out in my garden for about a week now because of the everlasting rain and am imagining burst tomatoes, cukes, zucchini, and who knows what else. It looks awfully sad from the kitchen window. Oh yeah, wanted to mention that we went to Amsterdam in 2001 and the one place I was determined to see was the Van Gogh museum. If we ever get there again, I'd really like to check out the huge Volksmuseum nearby. I've heard that it has areas devoted to craft work as well and would like to see that.
Asian beetles that look like ladybugs?? The only sort of lookalike I've encountered here was the Mexican bean beetle. I won't make THAT mistake again! At least they never bit ME though. That sounds truly awful! I'm not real fond of yellowjackets either.
Darius, how are you doing? I'm very glad that your cat is okay. I have fits if one of ours manages to get outside at night as we're pretty sure that there are coyotes around here. The fat cats wouldn't stand a chance.
Good luck with the new pup, Robert! Hope the trip is fun in itself.
Well, I know for sure that I'm missing replies to people and I apologise, but it's up at 5 AM tomorrow for another craft fair, so it's time to try to get some sleep (if DH and I don't keep each other up with all the coughs and sniffles --- I'm afraid he's caught the bug now too.)
