I'm thinking maybe we'll switch to #3 later on.

Yeah, I love it, too. It certainly pops off the page and looks MUCH better than when it was a standalone image.

Thank you very much! All of the submissions were fabulous, and Paul did a great job of organizing and presenting them so we could ooh and ahh over each and every one. :)

P.S. I was lurking over in the Seed Snatchin' thread and had just clicked on the thumbnail pic of TGIF's kit when the banner changed. Talk about a surprise! Which reminds me... I need to get back to organizing my own kit and clearing the counter tops of cups and bags of drying seeds. ;)

Have to say that while all the submissions were gorgeous, I do really like the final choice. Nothing says Fall like nice mums!!!

From the start I felt #3 had a certain reverance about it, like a sanctuary. Guess you know where I'm going with this.

Wow. I like them both. The mums make me feel like it's time to get down to business and start talking about my flowers. The other picture makes me want to put on music and jump into the picture and forget about whatever I was gonna say. Gorgeous picture but for me, too distracting.

Ummmm, no. (I thought about it, too - but there isn't any way to imbed images in the voting booth, so people would have had to flip back and forth between a thread and the poll box ;o)

I loved them both and couldn't decide which to vote for but now that it is up there full size I absolutely LOVE it.

Noticed it today and the people have made a worthy selection for a header. I'd personally like this to be changed to a new one every month, if that is acceptable.
