I've kinda enjoyed it this year....she builds her web each evening and catches all kinds of stuff. The question is.....what type of spider is it? Sorry I couldn't get a better pic.

She's some kind of orb weaver (family Araneidae), most likely in the genus Araneus.
If you have the Audubon Society Field Guide to North American Insects & Spiders, they have a spider very similar to yours that they call a "barn spider." Araneus cavaticus is the scientific name.
