white flies

I have white flies all over my crape myrtles and I sprayed them completely with Garden Safe, but they still seem to be there. One tree had black ants all over it too. Gross. Can somebody recommend something?

Hello!!

I too have White Fly in my gardens.....I did spray once with (I can't remember the name right now and it's 3am in the morning....LOL) well, it starts with *M*.....LOL...and it had some petroleum in it, too.....BUT, I still have them.....I am in zone 5. They are in all the gardens, too....Do they die over winter?
