my yard is full of these and they are destroying my flowers, and eating the pollen.

Looks like a cucumber beetle to me. Squish away quickly! or spray some Neem...

there is no place that sells Neem around here, I did spray with CUTTER YARD SPRAY last night so far today there are no bugs, says it lasts 4 weeks, will keep checking.

I got my Neem @ Home Depot - I forget the brand, I just read the labels til I found one.

I have these on my dahlias, mostly white & light colored ones. I was told they are diabrotica (sp) but when I look up that bug, they don't look like that, they look like yours! I/we should check into them! Let me know if you have any luck with Neem or whatever - Cutter.... I dislike those guys immensely....
