I have these yellow bugs all over my butterfly weed. I was hoping someone could tell me what is the name of my mystery bug.

Aphis nerii aka milkweed aphid or aka oleander aphids.

They are naturally attracted to the milkweed but won't usually hurt it. Just spray them off with water, not insecticide, because the milkweed might become food for Monarch caterpillars and the insecticide will kill them.
