Happenstance,
the first of your two plants surely looks like Epi oxy, the plant in your second picture is probably one too, although it doesn't have very pronounced margins, they look more roundish. Both plants are flowering size, so may the show begin....
The Epis Are Here, The Epis Are Here!! 2005 PART FOUR
Clare and Ursula thanks for looking and buoying my hope that they are E. oxy. Now to get them to bloom. :-)
budgielover - whatever you call them, I would call them beautiful!
Gourd, I'm sending smelly good ones too!
budgielover, that's really neat! I love it! :-)
Gee I was so excited to see the blooms I didn't even try to smell it. I'll have to catch the next blooms and see. It's funny how I got all my cuttings the same year about 4 years ago and just when I was thinking of giving up on them, they start blooming. I guess I should threaten them more often
It real pretty one!
LOL :-D those are the prettiest bananas I've ever seen Candy :-)
Rusty, your last flower looks like E. strictum also.
Candy, it is lovely!
I check it out and sure it pretty cheap for epi.

Hope you will drool....
Oh, My Goodness... I just saw an Epi I MUST have... found it while looking up the flowers on 3 named epi's out of the bunch Gourd sent me last year.
It's here: http://www.knoch1.de/TOP-3/Epiphyllum_Hybride_Clown.jpg
The named ones Antoinette sent are Pegasus, Floradora and Tinseltown. I cannot locate a photo of tinseltown. Anyone have one?
Darius, I love it too! If I were in the States, I'd be giving Pat a lot of business right about now LOL I wonder if she has that one too......
-Julie
Darius, that is a beautiful one for sure. I have pictures of Pegasus and Floradora but not of Tinseltown. I'll keep checking.
Thanks, Clare
Darius, in searching for your Epi, I'm running across some neat sites:

Nice links, Thanks!
Cool!! What are all the names? I can't read them.
Well let's see.......here's what my treasure box included:
Ruth Wallace - this is so awesome, check back up above for Gourd's images of this one!
Tropical Night
Pink w/Orange ring - again check above for image
Small Orange
Coral/Peach
And my favorite....it's gonna be a surprise - tadah!!! "Hasn't Bloomed Yet" so I don't know the color. LOL
Edited to change 'Red Sails' to 'Ruth Wallace' as Gourd found a tagged example!
