She said she doesn't like spiders and snakes and that ain't what it takes to please her! An old Jim Stafford/Dolly Parton song goes something like that. :-)

Great pictures, Josephine. Thanks for posting them. Lou and I enjoyed meeting Mitch and Malichi and Paige and Brian and Griffin for the first time and seeing Josephine and Frank again. The tour of the park was great although it does demonstrate how hard it is to keep a volunteer project going. We especially enjoyed seeing Josephine and Frank's gardens. Wow!!! What an inspiration to us all. And I'm so grateful for your generosity, Josephine. My hillside is going to take a giant leap forward when I get everything planted.

You are welcome Linda, we had a great time too, and thank you for listing all the names, I am so bad about that, I barely remember mine.
Thank God I do remember other things, or I would be in big trouble.

Doesnt Josephine just give and give and give? Such a wonderful lady - you are racking up points up where it counts. My yard to owes a hugh thanks to this wonderful lady. Mitch

Mitch, you are so kind, I happen to think that God put us here to care for each other and to learn from each other. Beleive me I get as much from giving as the one receiving, it gives me so much joy. Sharing is a wonderful thing, that is why our Moms taught it to us early in life.

I can only speak the truth - you have really touched several of us with your wonderful gifts of plants. If there were more people like you the world would be such a better place to live in. Now off to work on the far bed... now called the pecan bed . . . hehehe

I agree.

I'm so happy to hear the Sept gathering will be on a Sunday! Be sure to let me know when you set the date, so I can set the time aside.

A bunch of us down "thisaway" are meeting in San Antonio on Sat, June 18th, to check out a couple of nurseries and visit with each other. Kind of a "mini-roundup".

They are all mixed up purples and yellows no white that I saw but they were not all in bloom.

It was nice getting together with y'all last week! Putting names with faces is nice. I'm sorry I missed going to Josephine's house. I have been wanting to go back and see that slope! Hopefully I'll be able to do that to a slope in my yard. I've already planted a few buttercups, thanks to Josephine. I hope it's cooler the next time we do it!
Mitch, you are very lucky to have such a happy little fellow!

Lindsay, OK(Zone 7a)
