ACK! what is eating my fuchsia?

These shiny green/black beetles were eating my fuchsia, cuphea and an iochroma. They did the most damage to the fuchsia and seem to have moved in overnight. I sprayed them with pyrethrum.

Oops, didn't realize it was fuzzy. I'll take a better one this evening if they are still there.
