DG T-shirts, Part II

Ordered mine today.

Mine came, and it's waaaay too large if they don't shrink! It's an XL. Don't want to put Dave in the "exchange business" just because I ordered it before Trish posted sizes. I can always sleep in it, LOL!

However, it's not wearable out for public functions. Anyone out there need to exchange a smaller size for an XL without bothering Dave?

Got my shirt today. Love it, but it's way too big. Anyone that orders one and needs to swap a small for a medium ... just E me and I'll be glad to swap you. My medium is way too big. I needed a small instead. It's gorgeous, though. Thanks, Dave! We still want sweatshirts!

I got mine, I got mine, yeppie, I ordered 2, and DS tried to snag one, told him to get his own, LOL, nah, I'll just have to order another one!!!! Still got size M? Annie

The t shirt discussion has gotten so long that I'm not sure, but if I'm not mistaken, I'm the first Texan (besides Dave, of course) to model. Like some of you, mine is also way too big, but that's the way I like 'em.

DH took this picture of me from a sitting in the recliner position, looking up, so please, look at the shirt instead of up my nose. lol

Did anyone mention how soft they are? I'm very picky about tshirts--they have to be very soft....but Dave's passed my softness test! LOL Reporting in with my imput from Louisiana. :) Sporting my shirt now, and I love it, Dave! Thank you.

Mine arrived too! I love that they're soft -- almost silky -- and lightweight, and I think the 10% poly in them will help them last a long time! I appreciate the extra length on the XL too, as I like to garden in bike shorts when it's hot, and the shirt is long enough to cover my butt (except when I bend over to pull weeds of course, LOL).

I'm hoping mine comes today, but I'll be at my friend's house helping her remodel, so I won't be here when the mail runs. :-(( I wanted to model it!

jdee, thanks for posting your photo. Now when we send visit via computer, I can visualize you. You make a good Texas model. I love my t-shirts large too and these are nice and long.

Dave, I wanted to order 2 more shirts, 1 Med. and 1 large. The Shopping Cart will not let me except in 2 individual rders. Please advise!

Thanks Dave, got my shirt today, big just the way I like it. Cannot wait to wear it, especially to our local Master Gardener plant sale!! No, I'm not a MG but I sure enjoy their plant sales!

Mine came today......
I can usually wear size 12 or 14 shirts so I ordered a large and it fits perfectly.
Dave, you must have a good system going, to process all these orders so swiftly. Thanks

Mine came yesterday and wore it today to our biggest garden fund-raiser of the year. . .Spring Garden Tour. It illicited many comments and much conversation. It was pretty warm this afternoon and the 100% cotton was so comfortable. It seems to be extra long too, no problem with keeping it tucked in. Thanks Dave!!

Edited to say: Conversation included some with members of that 'other' website, who had no idea Dave's Garden existed. They do now!!

i got mine and wore it yesterday. now, i need a sweatshirt!

I wore one of mine when I went to buy some plants at my favorite nursery. 3 people asked me, "Where is Dave's Garden"? 2 people who had read the back asked me, "What kind of gardening do you do at Dave's Garden?" What fun I had explaining about the website! :o)

My sincere thanks to the Garden Angel(s) who came forward to offer me, Ursula and Gumlla a shirt each. Got a mail from Dave this morning that it has already been shipped. I feel elated! I long to meet my mailman in next few days. I am now worried about the size after seeing Kimberley's measurements above. I have given XL and when I came to know Dave is wearing an L-sized one, I'm a little worried. I don't want it to be too thin inside the XL! But I'll hope it will suit my frame properly.

I got mine today. Usually I can barely fit into a large, but this one is extra roomy. I just love it!

When I placed my order, I did not realize that they were cheaper if I purchased 3 of them. I ordered 2 but would rather order 3 and get the cheaper price. Is it possible to change my order once it has been submitted?

Jianhua....These T-shirts are of good quality. They run a bit larger than a cheaper one does. I ordered an XL, but I think I could have worn a Lrg. I ALMOST ordered a XXL...I'm glad I didn't!! Jo

It seems to me somebody posted a couple of links to DG "business" cards that had been concocted in the past, maybe on the previous shirts thread (don't see it scrolling up here).

Having a printer-ready page of them in the EXTRAS section, however, would be fabulous..... :-)

I have one on a Word document, formatted to 4x6, but it's easily re-formatted to the usual business card size. Anyone who wants one, just send me your e-mail address (you can d-mail it to me) and I'll be happy to e-mail it to you.
