I used to click on the Dave's Garden lettering in the upper left to get back to the main page.

Could you add that back? Or even better, add the link to all the images at the top?

I do like the idea of the flowers changing with the seasons or depending on what forum you are in.

If you are thinking about changing the picture frequently, what about making it the daily fun random image? I always forget to scroll all the way down to it - it would be nice to have it right on the top. Whatever you decide, I think it looks great!

I love the new looking DG banner! Since DG is predominantly a gardening website I think it would be awesome not only change the banner in different seasons, but also the different flowers depicting each forum too. Or maybe highlighting each month a different forum with images that change to acquaint everyone with the diversity available at DG.
