It seems with me, that I forget to plant something or many things every year. I stick the seeds in a shoe box and find it when it is way too late to plant them. Oddly enough, it is always the easy stuff you just throw on the ground. I call them my 'throw and grows'. I find the poppies after it has warmed outside, the zinnias when they don't have time to bloom, something that should have went out over the winter....
A month later someone posts a pic and I kick myself because my seeds are still in a box. LOL SO, what do you guys forget to plant?
What do you forget to plant?
Badseed, I think I have the opposite problem, plant way to many seeds, then can't find a place for them out in the garden. So do give away a lot of plants. this morning I am going to put my garden pea seeds to soak. Sometimes I presoak and other years just plant out in garden. Supposed to receive some rain again today, We need all the moisture we can get. Did you remember to plant all the seeds you wanted to this year. Good Luck. DonnaS
Wellllll. LOL I did just pull out my four packs of snap peas and I think it is even a hair late for those. They are going out anyway! Our cold and wet weather has really held on this year. It was in the 70's the last couple of days. Now we are going back to highs in the 40s. Joy!
I did start a bunch of flowering sweet peas which I need to actually plant. I don't do well to plant them as seeds where I want them. I want them in window boxes and I forget to water them. LOL They are about 3" tall and ready to go.
The kids and I are going to work on the gourds, mg's, hyacinth beans, castor beans, etc today. I may have to make another run for growing mix. The greenhouse is filling up and it almost looks like I know what I am doing. :)
