Thought it would be nice to fill a thread with 'our' variegated brug pictures
here is my little Maya & her friends
Variegated brugs
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I want one of those., I killed one already. Did it admirably!!
Looking good Scoot. Who takes care of it all when you are biking around the world??
No one, that's why they are in the ground,,, survival of the fittest ... lol
Stunning ... absolutely stunning!!
snowbank is georgouse, (spelling?)
Doris
Brugie those look great.
I am still fighting to win the battle with my Maya, our local florist told me it was because I changed the water, from the soft to just reg, he said our water has so many chemicals in it that it was much worse than what little salt they get from the softner, so I went back to the soft water.
OHhhhh , Your Snowbank is beautiful Brugie.
Hope I can get mine to bloom this year.
Great looking plants Scoot and Shirley. My Snowbank has never bloomed as of yet. I don't have the suaveolens variegata. My Maya is a good grower and bloomer
OMG!!! These are all just breathtaking, not a plant there I wouldn't die for, they are wonderful. And, there you go, zone 5a times 2, and zone CA, you all are truly blessed with green thumbs and unusual gardening talent, sometimes your plants are so beautiful I cannot believe my eyes. Scoot, how did you keep your Maya so small??? I also want a Mickey Mouse Taro, I've never seen one, are they bulbs and do they grow in shade or sun, I would expect sun...
Wow the pic's are wonderful, I have been looking at the varigated brugs on the internet wibsite Glassworks.com and I want one so bad, but I got more negative feedback then positive ones, I got only one postive. from people on the gardenweb. But after looking at these absolultely wonderful pic's my wanting has come back. Anyone have a good source for them?
Got to have a variegated brug, does anyone know where I can go to get one?
What lovely pictures! Thanks for the winter pick me up. :)

I found this one on ebay would one of you look to see if you think it is a good buy or not.
Linda
I think you will get what you order from this person. Obviously the plant was started from tissue culture since it is stated that it isn't a rooted cutting. For the size and kind of plant it is, the price sounds okay to me.
Beautiful, Shirley! I went out and got a current picture of my Snowbank.
As for where to get one, the usual brug sites like Native Habitat, Country Gardens, Logee's, etc. I traded for mine, but I had had to give up a good deal of stuff to get them!
Edited to fix mistake!

Linda, the ebay link is showing a picture of Maya, not Snowbank. It says Snowbank in the title but the description indicates Sunset/Maya. That is not a bad price for Maya. Logee's has Peaches and Cream for about the same price.
Edited to add: I'm confused about whether she is selling Snowbank or Maya. The picture is Maya, but the auction is for a Snowbank.

I bought my Snowbank from him last year.
I'm sure there is a good reason for the boo-boo.
He is a member here at DG
pasted from eBay................
A: This is a mature, fully grown plant, almost 2 years old. NOT a rooted cutting (prohibited by patent from reproducing from cutting). I am authorized by patent holder to grow and sell this cloned plant
