Oh boy, this is right up my alley! Finally a place where my sarcastic phrases are welcome for a change, now if I can only remeber them all.
How bout when commenting on someone's mental status: "That guy needs a check up from the neck up" or when you see something very odd or screwy: "that's more messed up than a football bat"(or something like that)...Hmm lemme think on this 1 some more. I know more are hidden in the dark corner's of my mushy melon I call my brain.

lololol JLD!

Ahhh yes...My old boss used to use this phrase when he heard someone whining.

"If your looking for sympathy, don't come here! Look in Webster's between sh*t and syphilis!"

I hope the minor profanity isn't too offending, my aplogies in advance but I had to post that one.

Needville, TX(Zone 9a)

ROTFL!

Olathe, KS(Zone 6a)

When talking about someone whom is very stingy or tite with money..."He's so tite, he could swallow a hunk of coal and poop diamonds".
Oh man what an incredibly fun way to waste away my afternoon. I still have a couple more on the tip of my tounge darnit. Now if I could only spit them out

Jones Creek, TX(Zone 9a)

My dad used to say this when he was warning you to make you behave:
"I'm going to jump down your throat and balljack on your gizzard."

One that I learned in TX about something else going wrong was"
"Well if it ain't the hogs it's the windmill."

Awww Darnit! A day late and a dollar short is the story of my life! I didn't see the "expiration date" on the contest, it was still a good time.
I've been laid up from more back surgery almost all winter then I had some pc problems that has kept me offline for several months. Otherwise, I would of been posting all winter too. There wouldn't happen to be any consolation prizes would there! LOLOL If I was to answer that Q I just asked about the prize. I would have to reply:
"Sorry and don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya!". Meaning don't let the door hit ya in the rear on your way out

Anyhow, it's great to be back amongst friends and I'm so eager to start doing some plant, seed, and cutting swapping so I can re stock my gardens this spring.
I'm going to be taking m,any Passion flower and Brugmansia cuttings in the next couple weeks so I can trade and over populate my yard. If anyone has anything they'd like to trade, sell or send cuts of, PLEASE let me know! I need to find some more cool and unusual plant's that my neighbor's can drool over again this summer;).
Well I'm all hopped up on java and I better stop this "marathon post"(I'm infamous for my ramblings) before I scroll the page.
Have a great day all and it's great to be back!

Good ones Jeff.

I am way late for this, but a dear friend always says, "the monkey may be off my back, but the circus is still in town!" That one makes me smile. Jackie
