Thank you so much to Tazzy for the great surprise I got in the mail yesterday. (I lived on an island and mail takes a few extra days to get to us!)

Tazzy sent me two darling handpainted glass ornamnets in velvet boxes, a gilded tree-in-a-pot candle, a very cool piece of beaded material that says it's a tree garland but I'm thinking it may have other fun uses as well, and SEEDS, which I am very excited to plant this spring! It was really a treat to receive this box if goodies and a lot of fun to open.

So a huge thanks to Tazzy and to Janf for organizing this exchange.

I've been waiting to get a picture of my ornament from Osteole but no luck! He is the most adorable snowman picture frame with its stick arms and with a Christmas card with almost the same snowman on it. I just got a picture of my grandson with Santa, and this snowman is the ideal thing. Sorry I didn't get the picture to show how nice this is! I just love it. Thanks Jan, for hosting this swap!

Im also thrilled that you like them and they make you smile! That was what the box was suppose to make you do! :) You are very very welcome. I just couldnt find just one ornament I wanted to get you-i walked around that store a dozen times, then i found that snowman and said this is it-its an ornament kinda! ;) well thats what i kept telling myself. The lil green jingle snowman is suppose to be for birthdays-well i didnt know what month you were born-so you got green for May when i was born-LOL
So HO HO HO and enjoy.......and as a friend of mine taught me......

Got my beautiful ornaments from ( Gemila ) today she had me and her DD had my DGD so we got double treat today what the odds two different ornament exchanges and you draw a member from both treads , of the same family ,LOL

What lovely choices you made! I collect non-Christmas Angels, so the cut-out angel you sent will be able to stay out with my year 'round collection!

I received my package from Rutholive a few days ago. I have been a bit busy with the kids school & church projects and just got back from their Xmas program. I'll have to unload the photos from the dig. camera and take pictures of all the goodies Donna sent me. Thanks!

I received my package today from Squeege. Thank you so much for the lovely ornament and mege seeds. That should get me started come spring. The ornament is a little white clothed Santa flying amongst the stars. My camera isn't working now but thank you so much. He is sitting on the tree right now.
There is also a little beige dove velvet dove. Very pretty.

Thank you to ZZTOPSOIL. A beautiful glass Santa, a darling ceramic Snowman (looks a bit like me, especially after having the bag of candy which was included ::) and the darling wreath with peppermints and stars for decoration.

Gwen also sent me a beautiful Red Cardinal plague perfect for my patio garden.( How'd you now cardinals were my favorite wild bird?? :) It will hang in a place of honour.

She didn't stop there though, she also packed in a beautifully scented candle with Lil Angels on the front...and if that wasn't enough the sentiment that the funds support the American Cancer Foundation was almost more than I could stand...I have lost all of my family to cancers!! It is one of my favorite charities.

Lottie, I'm glad you're enjoying the exchange gifts. I did not know you liked cardinals! I was in a new little store here and they had those and I thought it would be perfect for a gardener!

The little glove is an ornament I bought eons ago. I bought 3 of them and gave one to my sister and one to my brother-in-law , as they are both gardeners. I have a little suitcase where I keep extra ornaments I buy for future giving. It is quite filled up. Sometimes I have to wait for just the right person to come along, as in the case of the glove. It seemed perfect for this occasion.

The little candle I got from a friend who sells Home & Garden. I am in direct sales too and we call try and support each other. I have noticed a trend for the ds companies to do these fundraisers (the candles are H&G's) and I think it's a nice thing to do and probably very smart from a business standpoint.

When I went to the store to get my padded envelope, they were all out of the big sizes, so I had to go with two. Serves me right for waiting til the last second. But you received it very quickly! I hope the boxes I mailed out to my family the same day got there as fast. And I hope the ones I haven't even mailed yet get there by xmas when I do mail them!

To all of you that participated in this exchange of Christmas Spirit I wish to thank you. I do hope that everyone gets their ornaments. I know that some of your are still waiting and I am sorry for that. I have been swamped with emails regarding the ornament and craft exchanges. I think that if you have not receive acknowledgement or read a posting that your ornaments have been received you can go ahead and contact the member and find out if they got theirs. To those of you that did not receive your ornament yet I do hope that they will show up soon.
It has been a very trying time in our lives as we have lost two very dear friends in the past two weeks and we are reeling from that. Along with trying to mail packages to the grandchildren and there parents I am just about drained. I am sorry if I sound crass as I don't mean to be. This was supposed to be a fun exchange of Christmas Spirit but has turned out to be a little dissappointing in some ways.
Please to all of you, Have a Very Happy and Safe Holiday filled with Love and great food.

Oh Happy Day! I received my wonderful package of Stained glass ornaments and a Kitty Sun Catcher from Kidneyguy.
Thank you so much. They are wonderful and you are so talented. The sun catcher is hanging above the door to our deck where I feed our adoptted kitties.

My package is in the mail, Jan; still have not gotten one also.
So I hope she gets it before Christmas.

I can't find one of my children, he'll be 20 tomorrow.
His siblings haven't seen him 2 months!
But I have to leave and visit my mother; she's not well.
I haven't seen her since '96.
She wants to see me so bad, that she sent $$$ for the trip there.
Leaving on the Geryhound Bus tomorrow morn' at 7:30 AM.
