His website for professional stuff is:

I subscribe to the Transylvania Times, published in Transylvania County, NC, specifically in the town of Brevard. We do not have a specific columnist on gardening just now, but a regular column written by different Master Gardeners. The editor/publisher is Stella Trapp. TTimes@infoave.net
Hi from Slidell, La. ,right outside of New Orleans, La. Our local newspaper is the Times Picayune and the columnist for the gardening section every Saturday is Dan Gill. I don't ever remember seeing an e-mail address for him. He always refers to the Times Picayune street address to contact him with any questions of which he replies to in his column. He can be reached for an e-mail address at the LSU Ag Center 225-578-2263.

I believe her name is Joy Kraft.
Here is a link to our Cincinnati 'suburban' area community papers--I believe you will want the community editor.

What is a Sticky?
Hi Abby and a big DG Welcome!!!! A "sticky" is relatively new here on DG and are merely threads which are "stuck" at the top of the forum listing of threads. Only administrators can "stick" or "unstick" a thread. All non-sticky threads move down the thread list in forum until somone posts to them again and brings them back up to the top of the list....this is called "bumping up" a thread.
Alameda Newspaper Group has several newspaper in the San Francisco Bay Area. Elizabeth Jardina ejardina@sanmateocountytimes.com is one of the gardening writers and Buzz Bertolero dirtgarden@aol.com has a weekly column, as well as a weekly TV Show with Henry Tenenbaum, who does have a link to Garden Watchdog on his site http://henrysgarden.com/ under Favorite Garden Sites on the right, under the photo of Henry and Buzz. Henry was linked earlier by Kell.

One more contribution, or are you finished?
A Garden Columnist for the Pasadena (California) Star News and related papers:
Joshua Siskin in care of the 'Daily News' Features Department, P.O. Box 4200, Woodland Hills, CA 91365-4200. Garden18@Earthlink.net
Also this link for the Pasadena Star News Features Editor
http://www.pasadenastarnews.com/Stories/0,1413,206%257E23233%257E,00.html
and finally the list of papers associated with the LosAngeles Newspaper Group (inclusive of the Star News and 1.4 million daily readers--but this is Not the 'Los Angeles Times'...
http://www.langnews.com/au-links.asp
(The above noted LA Newspaper Group papers would be excellent placement for a DG PressRelease--there are millions of avid suburban gardeners in Southern California and they seem to be underepresented on the DG site. They would love to know about Plant Scout/Garden Watchdog and all the rest! )
Good luck. t.
