HELP! easter bunny is leaving eggs on my young plants!

Siloam Springs, AR

i have no clue what these are but they are all over my young plants. they are little tiny white eggs. kinda clearish.
i see several tiny spider webs with spiders and a few lime green stick-bug looking things (VERY tiny stick bugs)
could this be what is doing it?
most of the eggs are under the leaves, some on the stems. it only appears to be on certain types of flowers like rose of sharon babies.
the leaves on my pineapple sage are being eaten also and i see NOTHING. could it be the same thing doing the eating?

most of all what do i do to get rid of this? anything?
would seven dust hurt the seedlings?

the plants are about 8-10" tall that it seems to go after the most.

Thanks so much for any help.

I'm not sure what you have, but try something like some soapy water in a spray bottle. Try rinsing them off and if that doesn't work after a few times, try some insecticidal soap, which works on many pests without being as toxic as SD.

I get some sort of stink bug on my rose of sharons I sprayed them with malathion, it's bad stuff, but it killed them dead, and I won't have to spray again
