Vs and DD just got another load of Brugs,I am glad they are going to a good home,these were looking at being composted.

I home and have your "girls" tucked in bed in my garage. I wiped their noses and powdered their butts..and all seems well. No homesickness yet. People, you all really have to meet this guy in person. As we drove up to his house, he is standing in the drive way with a machete...my daughter who had already mulched his front yard with the pickup tires, almost drove away. Doesn't everyone greet visitors with a machete knife? I'll be back next Spring to reseed your yard, Root. The one thing I learned not to do while taking the tour is say "boy, that's pretty". Before I could take a breath, Root would swing the machete or jump on the shovel, and it was suddenly mine. Can't tell you all what happened when I complimented him on his t-shirt he had on...but for $5.00 I will sell you a picture. Boy, I didn't know tatooes came in that many colors! LOL Anyway, I better just say a simple "thank you", all these well earned praises will probably just make him think he is a real Doctor..and watch out! Simply, Root, thank you. Oh and by the way, after seeing all the plants that Root gave me, my hubby actually up graded to a larger uhaul just to get them all home! Janetlee

He is a "HOOT" isn't he .... and what fun to explore his garden ......you're right about his generosity too...... I just went back to take the tarp he gave me to get the kids home last time.... and he loaded me up again..... let it not be said anyone leaves "Roots" empty handed or in the case of the trucks " with an empty bed"........ Maybe you should put that pic up for auction..... may raise alot of money for the Garden Angel Fund ; - ) .......

Well what a treat,one of the first people from DG that I got to meet came by.
MaryElizibeth and DD,We had so much fun walking around and digging.
Mary you forgot your compost screen,remind me in the spring when you come back over.
