Help....anyone have this on their Black Eye Susans....what causes it, and how do I fix it.....

I had it last year, not this year, it isn't hard to get rid of. There is an organic recipe for murphys oil soap diluted in water will clear it up, post this question on organic gardening and you'll get the correct dosage.
