The rest of the seeds I have are annuals that I didn't get around to planting.

I think it would be okay to plant them. I would probably plant half and save half for spring, but you still have some time left in GA that I don't have in MI! I am starting lupins and columbine this fall, and I have vast tracts of coneflowers that self-seeded last fall and did great.
