dh and i watched "cold mountain" lastnight. it was a good movie but the ending got dh mad. they had a centerpiece on the table and he got made because they used 20th century flowers, petunias. so i wanted to see if he was correct and pulled up this page. very interesting read. it tells the history and the care and growing of them. so i thought i would share.

Yes, very interesting. I have to admit, I sorta like the old fashioned and species tunias. They have their own charm and the fragrance is much better than the newer varieties.
