Hi everyone, hope someone can give me an answer to this one! I have a Passiflora 'incense' that is doing great except for these wierd green bumps. They don't scrape off like scale, and are mainly concentrated on the buds, they line up very straight on the margins.Ants are present and they act like they are getting honeydew. The plant looks healthy, no sign of stress, and no sooty mold or sticky leaves....I almost think these bumps are part of the plant! TIA for any info,Kimmers
Round green bumps on Passiflora
They are petiole glands and secret nectar. That's why the ants are attracted to them. They're part of the plant...
Thanks poppysue! I've been searching for a answer to this for awhile now, I feel much better now :)
