That's what I called 'em when I was little...By whatever name, they're here. Ugh, saw one on the window screen this morning and I can see them chowing down on my variegated willow outside. Hope they don't like brugs, because this is my first year growing them and I have enough to learn without them, too!
I believe my neighbor has a trap hanging on their back porch, too, 20' from my back yard. >:-(
Might need to educate 'em about how they just lure more to your area.

Kimberly, yes, the traps just lure in more beetles!
Did you see my post for a mix to trap them? http://davesgarden.com/t/435270/ I don't know if that lures in more or not, but at least it's not bug spray and I don't have to hand-pick them off plants.
I'm going to try that. I did see it, but before they were an issue and I forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder!
