I sowed some salvia lady in red this year and all the plants have mainly yellow (but healthy) leaves. Does anyone have any experience of this? What could cause this - they are watered regularly.
Many thanks
Sue
Healthy yellow leaves
3 probablilities come to mind. 1. Too much nitrogen 2. Soil too wet and not good enough drainage 3. Iron deficiency
I'm having some of the same problem on lots of different plants around the yard. One turned out to be normal for a new plant for us but the others may be caused by the pine shavings from the cavy & pet rat cages I used for mulch.
