This pic is of geranium maderense. All the growing tips are brown and dried and some of the leaves are distorted with tiny holes all over them. See pic below

The Pics are rather blurry so it's very hard to see. Maybe take another set of pictures but try to keep your camera a little further away. Even better take a leaf to your county agent for diagnosis.
BTW you can post another picture in the same thread with another post and do not have to start another thread for the 2nd picture.
