I am house sitting for my friends this summer-- and yesterday I weeded and leveled their front bed (hadnt been done since August, and it took me 4 hours) and then planted all sorts of seeds. Nasturtiums, Brugs, Zinnias, MG's, Cardinal Climber and Aquileria. I'm so excited! No one here understands my happiness to finally have a real garden (fiance's out of town for the summer, and he only VAGUELY understands my obsession :) )

Since I usually container garden at my apartment, I just had to share my thrills with yall, who understand my love! I'll send pics when they sprout and grow a pretty new garden :D

art_n_garden, I can understand the thrill your feeling..I cantainer gardened for yrs off an apartment balcony, when we bought our house 3yrs ago, I was and still am planting and digging like a "crazied woman"! My DH really doesnt understand the NEED to fill every little space with a plant..

Im happy you have space to play in...ENJOY!
