I recently attended a graduation at Sonoma State (CA.)
and their parking lot is filled with a very fragrant and beautiful plant that I think is sage. It has the fragrant gray/green leaves in a bush form. The flowers are on long
stems in clusters about two inches apart-lavender colored
sort of pom pom shaped. Anyone have any ideas?
Thank you for your replys!

Anyone know this variety of Sage?
Could it be Phlomis/Jerusalem Sage? Or the second photo..
http://www.swallowtailgardenseeds.com/perennials/phlomis.html I don't know personally if they are fragrant.
Or perhaps this one? It has grown tremendously in the last 2 months since this image was taken.

I have the Phlomis, both the tuberosa and also the russeliana and neither one of them are fragrant.
