Auto water powered hose rewinder

Northwest, MO(Zone 5a)

Has anyone ever had one of these? I am thinking about getting one as I get tired of rewinding the long hoses every time I need to water my plants and garden. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I got one about a month ago and I LOVE IT. One of the best investments I've ever made. It operates on water pressure so when you are done watering just lift a lever and the hose rewinds itself. I used to hate rewinding the hose on the reel, especially on long, hot days, now it's easy.

The neighbors marvel at the ease of it and my golden retriever chases the end of the nozzle as it "escapes".

They aren't cheap. Our's cost about $140.00 from Frontgate. They may be cheaper elsewhere. But they are definitely nice and easy. Hope this helps.

I lust after one every time I have to wind up long and tangled garden hoses!

I thought there was a thread about them here a year or so ago, but I couldn't find it.

That's It! Thanks.

I got one this year for my birthday!! I love it, and I lay its drain line out to my water hungry plant in the nearby bed!!. I just do not have the patience to manually wind up the hose, or even use the manual reels. I have two automated hose reels on each side of my yard, and I am a BELIEVER!!
