My 'Margaret Merril' rose has been having some kind of disease or pest of some sort that is infecting it's flowers. None of the other roses have had serious problems. Any help in determining the problem, and finding a solution would be appreciated. I've also posted this on the Rose forum and the Garden Talk forum.

I got a reply at Garden Talk, and I think it's thrips, but if anyone has some tips on getting rid of them I'd be glad to here them.
