And all my gardening friends are coming over tonite!!!!
Doesn't look like much now,but give me a little sunshine, water
and a lots fertilizer and I'll be sprouting out the green and flowers in no time!!!
Plants are in the ground, beer on ice
Hey Hank! How ya doin?
Sincerely,
Your "rowdy friend"
Right now my body aches like somebody beat me with a baseball
bat!!LOL!
Gardening sure brings out the sore muscles you thought you never had!!!
But a hot cup of coffee and a bowl of ice cream can cure anything!
that's quite the combo! so I suppose your "teeth" are going to get the workout now, lol! you are tooooooo funny! :)
Now my body is, going to go soak in a hot tub and have a beauty bath!!!
Wow, you've been busy, Hank! There's nothing like a few cold beers to relax the muscles, too.
Gardenwife, now I could use a beer climb up on the roof and cleaned out the gutters before those pesky heliocopters maple seeds start to germinate!!
Oh I know what you mean about those pesky helicopters! My neighbors behind me have a maple - I think I get more of them than they do - just the way the wind blows. Wish their horrible rottweiler would leave me alone too - that dog will NEVER get used to me going to my backyard and gardening. It is absolutely awful. I love pets. I have never hated a dog so much. I cringe everytime I walk back there anymore. I used to try to be her friend. It's beyond that now. I simply just hate that dog and I think she knows it. But she started it. Anyone else ever hated a dog before like that? Absolutely unnerving. It's weird - the other dog actually BIT her today for barking at me! That's a NICE doggy! :) I like THAT one! Not sure if I need a beer or a quallude! lol!
I hear you Karrie,My neighbor across the street let their dog out to roam the block and use the restroom in other peoples yards, mine mostly, just so they don't have to scoop it!!!
Yeah, we have one of those in the neighborhood as well - have to scoop up it's daily duty every morning from the backyard. I know it's not that Rott, as that one is fenced in. We don't know who's dog it is, but sure wish we did! Perhaps it could use a "beef steak" during it's next visit (kidding - I could never do that).

How about the brown paper bag trick? Scoop it out of your yard, put it in a nice crispy paper bag, stroll to the neighbor's front stoop, light the bag on fire, ring the doorbell, run like hell.............not that I would ever do this, but I must confess I enjoy thinking about it............
Neighbor to my right did, just didn't light the bag but left a nice little note on it.
I prefer the note idea myself, lol!
Finish putting what plants I had left in the ground today, noticed the lavender lady passiflora in bloom and about 20 buds on her,so things are about to start happening.
Rains have stopped and the sun is shining.
