Can anyone give me some pointers on starting Weeping Crepe Myrtle from seeds?
Starting Weeping Crepe Myrtle from seeds - how?
Hi Jessare, I'll send you some sprouted roots that you can plant, if you want them. Need to wait until about April when the shoot up. I planted 3 of the roots last Fall and they took off.
I have bright pink and white ones. Let me know,

Grits - can I get some sprouted roots, too, please?
For starting crepe myrtle seeds, place the seed on the surface of the soil - do not cover. Give plenty of light and keep the room at 70 degrees. Stratifying in the freezer for 6-8 weeks prior to sowing may be necessary.

Thanks, Dave, I'll give that a try.
Hi Dave! Will send as soon as they come up - do we need a list of Spring promises? How we gona' do this? I've promised lots and want to followup.
Thanks
Grits
I'll remind you. ;-)
Dave
