just about all my yard has a level of 7ph level,what level should it be for flowers .i need help bad do not know anything about ph levels, thank you

A pH of 7 is just about as good as it gets! 7 is neutral so you can grow a huge number of plants that don't require very acid (5.5 or below) or very alkaline (8 or above) conditions, it also means you can grow most plants that like a slightly acid or slightly alkaline soil too .... lucky you :)
no kidding! 7 is right in the middle for what most plants can tolerate. If you need more acid for one particular plant, like a rhododendrum, you can put used coffee grounds around the plant to help that spot.
