Try your name in combination with a subject. Such as Dinu's Garden Retreat or Dinu's Hobbies, Reflections of Dinu or well you get the idea ;~)
Any bloggers out there?
You have mail, Dinu.
After a long absence (actually, I've been lurking), I am back. GW, I know I signed up for some kind of blogging site last year, but lost track of it. I'm trying again, on blogger.com. If I post more than one entry I'll post a link.
By the way GW, I finally got my link to work again. I've had a dickens of a time getting into the garden today, thought I'd been thrown out!
I know! I get the shakes when DG's down for more than a half hour -- Good thing it hardly ever happens! There was big trouble with a capital T: http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/482542/ Glad to see you're blogging again!
DG's own Aria has a blog now: http://danube.blogspot.com The first post I put in there for her, but watch for posts from Maria coming soon!
Thanks, KImberley for mentioning my blog, hope some will read it, most of of my stories will be based on historical situation I have witnesssed as a young girl and, LOL, that was a long time ago but do leave some coments please!
Maria
I'm getting off to a very slow start, but once I can figure some of the components I'll pick up the pace. http://notyeteden.blogspot.com
Wonderful story of your name Yuska!
Thanks - the experiences connected with it over the years have meant a lot to me.
I have a new blog:
http://gardenbycharlie.blogspot.com/
We had decided to go after a load of roses on tha 10th. What's her name wanted to give me a birthday present. Drive 300 miles round trip and pick up a couple hundred rose bushes, one gal pots. about 10 cs of mahaw jelly, other stuff.
I wanted to know how all this was a BD present?
Got ya out of the house she says, you eat fruit all day, drank lots of water; now put your c-pap on and go to sleep! [love is grand]...
The (new) blog is about gardening, selling produce and misc; including roses. There are a few pic's of where we get our roses, plus a link to them.
Speaking of links:
I came here from there, jus cause it says 'visit' here lol.
-
The braindrano has a audio post etc, you would have to name what its about!
(tha whole braino thing I mean)
heycharlie has any blogs I've found here 'blogrolled' linked to, as it were.
The gardening by; will answer some questions I've had.
What to do with the hundreds of pic's I seem to take each year of my gardens. See, you arn't tha only camera nut here lol...
What if?
There was a section where the posters could name or mention their blogs. ie 'Post Your Blogs'
Perhaps we could learn from each other.
I would mention this to Dave, but I'm to bashful. Garden better than I speel huhl
Folks can post their blogs in the favorite sites part of your member page. Links can also be added to the description area. Have at it! :)
Note: When you enter links there, be sure to include the entire link in the form, not just start with www. If you don't include the whole URL including the HTTP, your link will end up pointing right back to your member page.
Hi Charlie, This one looks good but I liked your first template better! LOL
how did you get the "VISIT" and "LINKS" sections on your blog? I use the same site & I cannot find where to do that.
Donna
Thanks GW I've learned a lot from you!
Hey P.M. Donna. I like my gmail, sent out 25 invites mesef now!
On the [visit & links] I put it there,
I use an html editor: http://www.chami.com/html-kit/
There are several, many free ones, I jus happen to use this one most.
I copy the source code into it, then I can go crazy, safely haha.
(comment tags are *!-- & end with --*) *!-- --*
(replace all *'s with < or that other one>
Anything within those are invisible on the result page. You find them a lot when something is said, stated within a code, ie leave this, Or Else!
That particular template has:
(comment tag)
++++++++++++++
Add something to your side menu here
*li* *a href="copy link, url, here"* state your case here */a* */li*
++++++++++++++ (comment tag)
Remove the tags, +'s put in yur link desitination, type in what you want it to say >here before the anchor
tag */a*
I use *b* */b* a lot.
I used html, tables to get my pictures as they are.
Run source on it and you'll see what I mean. Haha no telling what I left in thar!
On: http://heycharlieblog.blogspot.com/ there is a spot, bottom left that says 'something goes here' I stuck that there! Replaced simular code mentioned above.
All else I got from (Knowledge, advanced etc) add ons & so forth, on tha blogger site of course.
I like the blogrolling & tagboard-message board and site meter etc.
The tag board on braindrano has message and chat, although I've not used it as yet. Haha not been thar at tha rite-time I guess.
[I thought the message board might be a good idea because comments can sort of get lost or ignored]
Know what I mean !! (my better half thinks I'm silly)
Although I actually started blogging 5/04 i've done more in tha last 30-40 odd days than all last year.
I'm really jus learning, tha weather, health, has allowed me tha time, but, its sure starting to look good here.
Meanwhile
Boy, get yosef out thar in that garden!
ps
When I turned 50, thought ta mesef, Wow; half a hundred!
Now, I think 70 and remember ole Abe 1809-1865 was shot and went ta RIP 70 years before I was born (Parkland Hospital)
where Pres Kennedy 1917-1963 was taken, his secretary was named Lincoln and guess what Abe's secretary was named?
Some call this ancient history. Gosh
Thanks Charlie,
I am working on it now. Your "comments" were too nice! :~)
And I love your alter ego's name. LOLOLOL
Gonna add your blog address to my links if thats ok.
Donna
I know this is an old thread, but I thought I'd add that yes, I blog!

I have a link to my blog on my member page. I also have a link to DG on my blogroll! It is mostly about my quilt bee. But my flickr photos have lots of garden shots and I often put garden shots on the blog. I am going to check out all the links listed here!
I just have a free Yahoo account and a Yahoo 360' blog--all free and super easy.

cactuspatch, I'm heading over to check you out :~)
Awww, Zanymuse, you're too kind!
Not at all! Your blog is an interesting and well designed place where mine is often unattended and basically a place for me to rant or meander aimlessly.
There are a couple of rants on mine! LOL. Sometimes it can't be helped. I tend to think out loud and when you've got a blog, sometimes it's easy to think in print, too. ;-)
Well I have been a little MIA around here as I have 6 blogs that I write but the primary is on MySpace. I don't know that anyone here would like to read those blogs they get pretty tuff sometimes and step on toes regularly, bad me :)
If you do a day in the life of; then what ever comes into your head will do. If you write on a subject you need to have files and folders at present I have about 100 folders and 800 + files. This will fry your brain if your not careful.
I've been a serious blogger for about 4 months and have about 100 readers and growing. Problem with this is when someone speaks on TV about a subject I can explain why in detail or tear them apart in an instant, drives Robin crazy.
snipe, so no link? Toe stomping can be fun!
I'll give it to you but be ware I am a hardcore conservative!
http://www.myspace.com/bluenose1038
Lol then I should fit right in as a hard core left wingnut, partially converted to the hard right.
