Sumbac Jasmine

I have my Sumbac Jasmine indoors for the winter but it isn't flowering or putting on any new growth. In fact a few of its leaves have turned yellowish and dropped off. Any ideas on what is causing this would be appreciated.

I posted this on the house plants forum and haven't had much luck.
