If I choose the method of potting them and refrigerating them, does anyone know how long I should refrigerate before planting them outdoors?
Stratifying Morning Glory (President Tyler) Seeds
Personally, I would put the containers right outside now, and let them germinate naturally come spring. Judging from how the morning glories I have grown re-seed themselves, they are an excellent candidate for winter-sowing.
