Any tips for saving seeds from tomatos would be greatly appreciated. I pulled some ripe ones that were still left after the frost and would like to save the seeds-the plants were so hard to find this season.
I have seen this info a dozen times-but cannot quite remember everything to do.

Marcia. have you tried the Tomato Forum? You might find better info. there from an expert.
I just put my seeds in a jar of water for 3-4 days, and discard the floaters. Dry on waxed paper and save. The seeds ferment, getting rid of the hard shell and soft clinging matter.
