Olive Tree Inside?

I dont want to lose my Olive Tree to the cold.My Grandmother gave it to me and it's......special,lol.
First I've ever had,and well, I wub my Grams!

Can I pot it and keep it inside?
It's about as high as my knee.
*oh pllllease say yes,LOL.*

I cannot see why not. Many people keep avocado trees inside. 'Course they never bear fruit unless one has a couple that will polinate.
