Windows/Internet Explorer users: If you have a plug-in enabled in your browser, you *should* be able to click on the link Dave gave above and it will automatically play.

If not, try this: If you have an mp3 player (Windows Media Player, WinAMP, etc.), just right-click on the link and select "save target as" and save it to your hard drive. Then, when you double-click it, your media player will open the file and let you listen to it.
