EDIT:
I said: "Once I set up a container the hard part is over with. In my mixture I start out with enough organic fertilizers that I don't really have to worried for the season other than some light side dressing. In fact I add nothing to my pineapples in the way of hard fertilizers." END OF QUOTE.
The last sentence here should have said...In fact I do not add any additional fertililzers to my pineapples.

Greetings all. I would like to introduce myself....
Oh my gosh! Thank you, thank you for that great set of directions. It sounds to me like just about everything you do for containers is applicable to backyard gardening, too! I'm little more than a beginner, so all your advise is great! I have been having a particularly difficult time this season - with all the rain encouraging every bad thing from growing and attacking practically every plant out there, so I'm ready to look at what I've been doing and questioning how to get better and healthier gardens. No problem young lady. BTW all of my gardening is inside a fence in my backyard! Can't have plants in the house; our boxer eats them! LOL! She even checks out the plastic ones just to make sure. Heh he he!
If you can't create your own growth containers I have somewhere another a set plans that will cost a little more than my standards containers do, but those are so easy to put together. All you need is a drill and a saw. Labor time about 30 minutes. Anyone can make these containers. If you want I will dig them up for you.

Hello Old Man:
I just got back on Dave's site.
I've been glued to the tv "Tennis"
Love the picture of the dogs. I'm a retired handler and breeder of Boxers and pugs(retired from both)
Looks like they both have great temperment. A pitt and a Boxer.... That's different to say the least!
Enjoy the journey at Dave's.
Tried to get into your site . Had a hard time loading.
It's me ,I haven't cleaned out the comp. and I've downloaded music that I haven't burned so I'm slow.
Sandy
