Just wondering if anyone has ever ordered from Alchemy Works?

I placed an online order (paid with credit card) July 31st
I did get a confirmation email the same day. Well after three weeks and no seed I emailed to ask about my order. I was told it was mailed Aug. 20th.....I never asked why it took 20 days to fill my (2 pks. of seed) order, well it is now Sept. 4th just checked my mail ...nothing yet.
Anyway I am not a happy camper ya know? Anyone else (especially fellow Canadians have this slow service?)
Wasn't sure where to post this question but thought this might be the best forum:).....Wendy

Thank-you Calalily...I actually did check out Garden Watchdog before I ordered , but since there was (at the time) only one
opinion there I thought I would take a chance on them.
