Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

Trish and Dave, I've ben wondering how things are coming along, found this post and thought that by the time I had finished reading all the posts there would have been some news....I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers for an easy delivery. good luck
I will keep checking this posting.
cheers to you both!!

Huntington Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Yup, me too. Saw all the new posts and thought for sure something was happening. This kid is going to have lots of godparents, that's for sure!!!

Now Trish, you just take it easy and maybe scrub some floors on your hands and knees tomorrow, K? That's what I did the day I went into labor.

Blessings to the whole family and I bet your children are getting pretty anxious too.

Lincoln City, OR(Zone 9a)

My heart skipped a beat or five when I saw this thread had been posted to. Don't startle me like that!

Grove City, OH(Zone 6a)

One of my brothers and his wife home-delivered all 5 of their children, mostly without a midwife present. Diane had 3 of them within 5 minutes of the first labor pain! The first and last were considerate enough to give a little more notice :D

Praying for a safe and speedy delivery.

Temuco, Chile(Zone 9b)

I've just found this thread!

It is amazing that Trish is nearly to term.

Congratulation and best wishes

Trish, I'm praying for you and family and , of course wishing you an easy delivery.

A new baby is soooooo exiting! ! !

Lincoln City, OR(Zone 9a)

Well Trish, you have blown tnat having your babies consistantly at 38 weeks out of the water now. giggle. Shall we try for 42 weeks? LOL I bet you are getting really uncomfortable by now with that big un in there.

Come on baby, your world is waiting for you and there is a huge world right here at DG that are really excited to hear that you are here and healthy.

Jacksonville, TX(Zone 8b)

It's true......my record ended. You think you guys are impatient! I've been saying "any day" now for weeks!

Even the midwives think any day- and my last appointment was Thursday. I think they were expecting delivery that day.

Perhaps I just needed a new lesson in patience :)

Thanks for hanging in here with me!!

Awww Trish, keep your chin up. I bet the dates were wrong. It happens all the time. I drive them nuts with my record keeping. LOL My first four were two weeks late as you know and the last was two weeks early. I always say, it they don't come out, they just aren't done! LOL

Never know; it just may be born late this evening or tomorrow sometime, or it could be born on my daughter's birthday; the 19th, but I doubt it. Think it will be born before then.

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

Trish, can you say CASTOR OIL? LOL Worked with my last one! within 2 hours of taking it!

Brewers, KY(Zone 6b)

castor oil..yick, I'd rather be late..lol! Hang in there Trish.

Frederick, MD(Zone 6a)

This is some lesson for you Trish! We're all standing by - like there's anything else we can do - LOL.

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

Castor oil? Ewww! Molly, what'd you do, regurgitate that baby? ;)

go eat some Mexican food. That should do the trick

Huntington Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

CoCo, I can't stop laughing....I mean it. I'm laughing so hard that I can't type!!!

Ok Trish, eat some Mexican food and blow the kid out of there....ba hahahahahahahh!!!

I'm sorry, that's what my mind sees happening. lololol

Oddly enough, I always want to eat at ElCoyote the night before I go into labor! They have the best Tex Mex food of any place up here. The jalapeno steak sauce is to die for, the steaks are huge and all I ever eat is a big fat plate of their fajitas. yum,yum yum and I have the baby the next night! LOL Come to think of it, I could do a porterhouse or plate of fajitas right now! Anybody wanna babysit??

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

I almost did for real GW!!! No kidding, the nurse had to catch him while they were moving me from one bed to another I yelled and she had to reach and catch him right quick! So yea I totally agree with Castor Oil!! LOL

New Iberia, LA(Zone 9a)

LOL! Mexican foods should help! Cook homemade CHILI! Yummy! There's lots of great Mexican foods in Texas!

Boy! I am out of patience being waiting for baby to arrive! LOL

Jacksonville, TX(Zone 8b)

I've had a couple of tricks of my own for the past 2, but for whatever reason I haven't at all felt comfortable with speeding up the process this time. Mommy's intuition?
Who knows, but for now I'm just waiting (somewhat patiently).

Keeping ear to ground...er, eye on computer to hear the news. (Castor oil didn't work for me, well, worked, but not for starting labor. Only resulted in lots of other distress. Read between the lines.) Last time I tried that!!

Holding lots of good thoughts and wishes for you.I've got one grandaughter with a birthday on 14th...

Crossville, TN

WEll Trish...you missed Mine..you missed DD's...did you know I have a grandson's on the 27th??? LOL Jo

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

I'm still sticking with my original guess of the 23rd at 8 AM.

Sorry Trish, but it's only 10 more days. :)
