Hi! I have six morning glory plants, lots of foliage but only a few blooms on this one and not a single bloom on the others. I have tried bloom buster products but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!
no blooms
Patience, I bet you will see blooms.
Quit fertilizing them. Too much fertlizer produces lush foliage and few blooms. MGs like a lean diet.
I agree with poppysue, mostly from first-hand experience this year. I had a 4-pack of mg's, and one was planted at the base of a birdhouse pole. Happens that all the composted cow manure I got last fall was piled around that same pole. I got up what I could, this spring, but there was a lot left. That one MG has huge leaves like yours, but no blooms. All the others have puny leaves by comparison, but lots of blooms.
Thanks for the responses..I think I killed my blooms with LOTS of kindness!! cj
