This is my Victoria Blue Salvia which amazingly wintered over in this planter box beside the garage.
Should I pinch it back or let it go?
Do I pinch this back or?
Congratulations! We grow it in a walled cutting garden at the Park, and it survives about half the time (zone 6a). Definitely keep cutting the stems for bouquets or to dry for everlastings.
Janie, when I pinch mine back to a leaf node, I usually get another flush of bloom.
